Meet our President & Managing Partner, Caroline McNicoll, LLB, LLM, MBA

Caroline brings over 20 years of experience acting as a senior corporate legal executive within public and private multinational enterprises advising and working in close collaboration with senior executives, participating to international expansion, and successfully structuring, financing, and closing multi-million-dollar value transactions worldwide, leading teams, preventing and addressing compliance issues, and managing crisis situations

Caroline founded LIONESS to bring her and her in-house colleagues’ experience and expertise of large public and private enterprises and international markets to small and medium-sized enterprises so that they can develop profitable business relationships and achieve sustainable growth and globalization. As President & Managing Partner of LIONESS, Caroline combines her passion for complex transactions with her passion for law, finance, and strategy by working in close collaboration with Canadian and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries, bringing a robust experience to accelerate their growth, locally and internationally. She also works with foreign companies and Canadian, US and European private equity funds looking for investment opportunities on the Canadian market.
